Jasmine Anand
Clinical Psychologist
Jasmine is a passionate Clinical Psychologist dedicated to supporting individuals to make self-directed changes to improve their quality of life and build authentic, meaningful relationships – with themselves and those around them. She has a special interest in childhood development and trauma, and how these early experiences can impact long-term physical and mental health – such as personality disorders, substance use, ADHD and other conditions.
Drawing from an attachment-informed lens, Jasmine seeks to understand the relational patterns and underlying wounds that shape her clients’ internal worlds. She supports clients in making sense of their experiences and developing a stronger sense of safety, identity, and self-worth as they progress in their journey to engage in a Life Worth Living.
Jasmine utilises a client-centred and trauma-informed approach, where authenticity, compassion, and non-judgment are central to the therapeutic space. She places a strong emphasis on the therapeutic relationship as a foundation for meaningful progress, and adapts her approach to fit the unique needs, goals, and pace of each individual.
Jasmine integrates a range of evidence-based interventions and psychoeducation to provide the most suitable care for her clients, including cognitive-behavioural therapy (CBT), dialectical-behaviour therapy (DBT), acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT), attachment theory, somatic therapy, mindfulness-based strategies, and trauma-informed therapy.
Jasmine works with adults and adolescents above the age of 16 years.
