Meg is a registered psychologist who has been working in a
school setting with adolescents experiencing a broad range of
challenges arising from adversity, including anxiety, depression,
suicidality, substance abuse, and emotion regulation difficulties.
She has supported many young people questioning their gender or
sexuality; young people who have experienced interpersonal violence;
and young people who are navigating challenges with family and friends
and the world at large.
Meg aims to help people connect with their values and recruit the
resources they need (inner and outer) to find wellbeing and their way,
primarily using tools and techniques from Motivational Interviewing,
Solution Focused Therapy, and Cognitive Behavioural Therapy.
