Pejman Hoviatdoost
Clinical Psychologist
Dr Pejman Hoviatdoost is a clinical psychologist with over 15 years of experience and a PhD in Intensive Short-Term Dynamic Psychotherapy (ISTDP). He offers psychotherapy in both English and Farsi (Persian), and brings a compassionate, evidence-based approach to helping individuals work through a wide range of emotional and psychological challenges.
Dr Hoviatdoost works with adults and adolescents experiencing difficulties such as anxiety, depression, complex trauma, eating disorders, personality disorders, emotional dysregulation, and interpersonal problems. His practice is grounded in a deep commitment to emotional authenticity, humanistic values, and collaborative therapeutic work tailored to each person’s unique experience.

Natalya Greenwood
Psychologist
Natalya has provided psychological services in numerous settings across the lifespan. This encompasses working with children to adults in both telehealth and face to face settings. Natalya holds an interest in complex trauma, emotional dysregulation, suicidality, self-harm, parenting, depression and anxiety.
It is important to Natalya that a warm non-judgemental approach to therapy is taken and likes to work flexibly with her clients. Natalya takes an integrative approach drawing on a range of psychological approaches to suit each person. This includes; Cognitive Behaviour Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Schema therapy and Interpersonal neurobiology ideas.

Joel Lohman
Clinical Psychologist
Joel is a skilled psychologist with diverse experience working in mental health hospitals, a university counselling service, and a psychological assessment clinic. He is dedicated to helping clients improve their mental wellbeing and achieve lasting positive change.
Joel draws upon various evidence-based therapeutic approaches, including Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Dialectical Behaviour Therapy, and Cognitive Behavioural Therapy. He tailors his methods to meet the unique needs of each client, providing a flexible, collaborative, and supportive treatment experience.
Joel has experience working with people facing anxiety, depression, bipolar disorder, obsessive-compulsive disorder, and body dysmorphic disorder. His areas of interest include navigating life transitions, existential concerns, stress, substance use, grief and loss, anger, shame, suicidal ideation, and self-harm.
Joel holds a Bachelor of Psychological Science with Honours and a Master of Clinical Psychology. He has completed a Clinical Registrar program in private practice and hospital settings to further enhance his clinical expertise.

Jasmine Anand
Clinical Psychologist
Jasmine is a passionate Clinical Psychologist dedicated to supporting individuals to make self-directed changes to improve their quality of life and build authentic, meaningful relationships – with themselves and those around them. She has a special interest in childhood development and trauma, and how these early experiences can impact long-term physical and mental health – such as personality disorders, substance use, ADHD and other conditions.
Drawing from an attachment-informed lens, Jasmine seeks to understand the relational patterns and underlying wounds that shape her clients’ internal worlds. She supports clients in making sense of their experiences and developing a stronger sense of safety, identity, and self-worth as they progress in their journey to engage in a Life Worth Living.
Jasmine utilises a client-centred and trauma-informed approach, where authenticity, compassion, and non-judgment are central to the therapeutic space. She places a strong emphasis on the therapeutic relationship as a foundation for meaningful progress, and adapts her approach to fit the unique needs, goals, and pace of each individual.
Jasmine integrates a range of evidence-based interventions and psychoeducation to provide the most suitable care for her clients, including cognitive-behavioural therapy (CBT), dialectical-behaviour therapy (DBT), acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT), attachment theory, somatic therapy, mindfulness-based strategies, and trauma-informed therapy.

Lauren believes a strong therapeutic alliance is crucial in supporting her clients, operating from a person-centred approach, and is passionate about helping her clients understand the underlying causes that perpetuate their challenges.

She employs a unique mix of psychological understanding and coaching methodology, which creates an engaging and technically sound journey to facilitating and influencing change. Krishneeta Kashyap
Psychologist
Krishneeta is an empathetic, non-judgmental, and client-centred psychologist. She uses a flexible and compassionate approach to therapy and draws on a range of evidence-based strategies including Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT) and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT). She is currently undergoing training in eye-movement desensitization and reprocessing training (EMDR).
Krishneeta is passionate about all areas of mental health, with particular interest in anxiety, depression, stress, complex trauma, emotional dysregulation, suicidality, and self-harm. Krishneeta’s caring style establishes a safe and stigma-free environment in which people feel heard and empowered. She welcomes clients from all backgrounds including culturally and linguistically diverse communities. Sessions can be offered via telehealth if required.
In addition to her psychology qualifications, Krishneeta has a PhD in Pharmacy and many years of experience as a Pharmacist. This background gives her a sound knowledge of the role that medications can play within the context of managing mental health and allows Krishneeta to understand her clients using a holistic perspective.
