Natalya Greenwood
Psychologist
Natalya has provided psychological services in numerous settings across the lifespan. This encompasses working with children to adults in both telehealth and face to face settings. Natalya holds an interest in complex trauma, emotional dysregulation, suicidality, self-harm, parenting, depression and anxiety.
It is important to Natalya that a warm non-judgemental approach to therapy is taken and likes to work flexibly with her clients. Natalya takes an integrative approach drawing on a range of psychological approaches to suit each person. This includes; Cognitive Behaviour Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Schema therapy and Interpersonal neurobiology ideas.

Joel Lohman
Clinical Psychologist
Joel is a skilled psychologist with diverse experience working in mental health hospitals, a university counselling service, and a psychological assessment clinic. He is dedicated to helping clients improve their mental wellbeing and achieve lasting positive change.
Joel draws upon various evidence-based therapeutic approaches, including Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Dialectical Behaviour Therapy, and Cognitive Behavioural Therapy. He tailors his methods to meet the unique needs of each client, providing a flexible, collaborative, and supportive treatment experience.
Joel has experience working with people facing anxiety, depression, bipolar disorder, obsessive-compulsive disorder, and body dysmorphic disorder. His areas of interest include navigating life transitions, existential concerns, stress, substance use, grief and loss, anger, shame, suicidal ideation, and self-harm.
Joel holds a Bachelor of Psychological Science with Honours and a Master of Clinical Psychology. He has completed a Clinical Registrar program in private practice and hospital settings to further enhance his clinical expertise.

Jasmine Anand
Clinical Psychologist
Jasmine is a passionate Clinical Psychologist dedicated to supporting individuals to make self-directed changes to improve their quality of life and build authentic, meaningful relationships – with themselves and those around them. She has a special interest in childhood development and trauma, and how these early experiences can impact long-term physical and mental health – such as personality disorders, substance use, ADHD and other conditions.
Drawing from an attachment-informed lens, Jasmine seeks to understand the relational patterns and underlying wounds that shape her clients’ internal worlds. She supports clients in making sense of their experiences and developing a stronger sense of safety, identity, and self-worth as they progress in their journey to engage in a Life Worth Living.
Jasmine utilises a client-centred and trauma-informed approach, where authenticity, compassion, and non-judgment are central to the therapeutic space. She places a strong emphasis on the therapeutic relationship as a foundation for meaningful progress, and adapts her approach to fit the unique needs, goals, and pace of each individual.
Jasmine integrates a range of evidence-based interventions and psychoeducation to provide the most suitable care for her clients, including cognitive-behavioural therapy (CBT), dialectical-behaviour therapy (DBT), acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT), attachment theory, somatic therapy, mindfulness-based strategies, and trauma-informed therapy.
Jasmine works with adults and adolescents above the age of 16 years.

Lauren Rodgers
Psychologist
Lauren brings a background in law and experience working with adolescents and adults to address a range of mental health concerns including depression, anxiety, adjustment issues, trauma, workplace challenges and relationship difficulties.
Lauren believes a strong therapeutic alliance is crucial in supporting her clients, operating from a person-centred approach, and is passionate about helping her clients understand the underlying causes that perpetuate their challenges.
Lauren practices primarily with Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Compassion Focused Therapy (CFT), although draws from a wide range of theories to support her clients.

Olivia Yaksich
Clinical Psychologist
Olivia is a warm and compassionate Psychologist who utilises a collaborative and non-judgemental approach to therapy. She has a particular interest in childhood trauma and the ongoing impact on development in adolescence and early adulthood. She has experience in helping individuals who at times in their life experience anxiety, depression, personality vulnerabilities, complex trauma, post-traumatic stress disorder and adjustment difficulties. Olivia also has experience within the disability sector supporting individuals across the lifespan to improve emotional regulation and coping capacity to reduce behaviours of concern.
Olivia draws on a range of evidence-based frameworks to encourage and support clients to work towards greater independence and emotional wellness in their everyday lives. Treatment approaches include Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Trauma Focused Therapy, Exposure Therapy, Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing, and Dialectical Behaviour Therapy.
Olivia can also provide child and adult clinical assessments for giftedness, cognitive functioning, learning difficulties and Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder.

Elena is a qualified psychologist with 19 years of field experience and is a results driven and goal oriented practitioner.
Elena has skills and expertise in optimal performance coaching, team development, job analysis and competency profiling, behavioural interviewing and consumer and marketing psychology. She employs a unique mix of psychological understanding and coaching methodology, which creates an engaging and technically sound journey to facilitating and influencing change. She possesses an approach that is sophisticated, efficient, yet deeply human.

Britta Cederqvist
Psychologist
Britta (she/her) is a provisional psychologist in her second year in a clinical master’s program. She has experience working with individuals of all ages, from children to older adults, and diverse socioeconomic, gender, and cultural backgrounds.
Britta operates from an evidence-based framework, helping individuals overcome challenges, build resilience, and achieve personal goals. Warmth, curiosity, and acceptance mark her approach. She strives to create a welcoming and relaxed environment where clients feel heard and supported, free from judgement or shame.
Britta’s primary interests include working with individuals, couples, and families facing difficulties related to anxiety, depression, emotional regulation, significant life changes, loss of personal values, adjustment, personality, identity, trauma, neurodiversity, as well as school or work-related concerns, cultural challenges, and parenting difficulties.
