  • Trauma and critical incident debriefing – on-site or via telehealth

  • Follow-up case management to link individuals with GPs, psychiatrists, or hospital services where appropriate

  • Support for workers going through disciplinary process/ reduncancies/ complaints

We maintain daily crisis response capacity to ensure a same-day plan can be made and immedicate risk assessment and management. After-hours, weekend, and public holiday coverage available.
